PLEASE BE ADVISED – The 2020 Haiti Benefit Auction will be rescheduled.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR LEADERSHIP
Public worship service is cancelled beginning this Sunday morning 3/22 at CornerStone, due to the widespread COVID-19 virus. A date to return together for public worship is to be determined. We are praying for everyone’s health and safety, both physically and spiritually.
There will be two ways you can receive the sermon:
You can call in at 10:30 AM by phone for audio only. 712-832-8330…ID 7033019. This is the same number we have used for awhile. Please remember to mute your phone.
We also plan to live stream the sermon at 10:30 AM. Click on this link and follow these instructions:
By clicking on this link, it will take you to our own CornerStone Dunkard Brethren You Tube Channel. Click “SUBSCRIBE” to join free. At that time we suggest you also click on the bell to turn on your notifications for this page, which will notify you when a live video begins, this Sunday or in the future.
Then select VIDEOS on the top toolbar. Currently, this page is blank. Our first live stream video will appear on this page around 10:30 AM EST this Sunday.
You can subscribe ahead of time if you’d like, or wait till Sunday.
Later, once you are subscribed you can go to this You Tube page and view the recording of this sermon, as well as any live or recorded sermon in the future, if we continue to do this. You can save this You Tube page for the future or use this link again which will take you to the same page.
While we will miss the church coming together for Sunday School, fellowship, and singing, this is certainly a blessing for us to gather our families around the altar at home to hear the reading of the Word, a sermon, and prayer as we collectively worship our God, who deserves all glory!
Feel free to forward this info to your friends whose church may also be cancelled
I suggest you save this information. As of now it looks like we may be doing this again the following Sunday, or until we are permitted to gather.
Please continue to pray for each other. I also suggest you call and communicate with one another to stay connected during these trying times.
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?
shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or
peril, or sword?
As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor
angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. “
